Set clinic hours, each veterinarian’s schedule, appointment lengths, services they do not offer, and the clinic’s double-booking policy.

Use day, week, month, or custom views to find capacity. The same booking rules apply to new, recurring, and rescheduled appointments.

Clinic View shows staff the patient’s current stage, time in that stage, assigned clinician, room, and safety details.

Practical answers
Questions clinic teams often ask
Can vetverve prevent double-booking?
The clinic chooses whether overlaps are allowed, require an authorized override, or are blocked for routine booking. An authorized emergency exception is separate and explicit. Booking and rescheduling enforce the policy on the server.
Can each veterinarian have a different schedule?
Yes. The beta build supports per-veterinarian working hours and time off, along with clinic-level hours and services a clinician does not offer.
Can pet owners book appointments themselves?
Owners can request an available time in the pet-owner portal. Staff receive the request in the scheduling queue and decide whether to confirm it. Owners cannot instantly book or change appointments in the current beta.
Are appointment reminders included?
Reminder sequences and confirmation tracking are built, but live email or text delivery requires the applicable provider plus an active scheduler and worker configuration.
