Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using this public website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a private-beta request. In these terms, “vetverve,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the vetverve private-beta program.
These terms apply only to the public marketing site, its guides, public roadmap, and beta intake. Authenticated product access, clinic data, support commitments, subscriptions, and payment processing require separate written terms presented during onboarding.
Our handling of personal information on this site is described in the Privacy Notice.
Private-beta requests
You must provide accurate business contact and clinic-fit information and have authority to submit it. Do not submit patient, pet-owner, medical, payment, credential, or other sensitive information.
We may accept, decline, prioritize, pause, or close beta requests at our discretion. We may contact you only as permitted in the request form. A request is not a promise that any described feature, integration, timing, price, or cohort will be available.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful evaluation of vetverve and its public educational content. You may not:
- interfere with the site, bypass security controls, or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- submit false, unlawful, infringing, malicious, or automated spam content;
- scrape or systematically copy the site in a manner that burdens the service or violates applicable law;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a clinic; or
- use the site to transmit patient records, credentials, payment data, malware, or other sensitive or harmful material.
Website content and roadmap
The site describes a product in private beta. Status labels, screenshots, conceptual illustrations, feature descriptions, integrations, pricing intentions, and roadmap items may change. “In beta build,” “setup required,” and “in development” describe different availability states and are not guarantees of general availability or a delivery date.
We aim to keep public content accurate, but you should confirm the current evaluation scope in writing before making purchasing, migration, staffing, clinical, compliance, or operational decisions.
No veterinary or professional advice
Public guides and examples are general product and workflow information. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, privacy, record-retention, or regulatory advice. Veterinary practices remain responsible for professional judgment, patient care, records, staff training, and compliance with the laws and standards that apply to them.
Ownership
The site, vetverve name and marks, original text, graphics, illustrations, software, and site design are owned by vetverve or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view and use the site for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use vetverve branding.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or other feedback, you grant vetverve a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not include confidential clinic, client, patient, or third-party information in feedback.
Third-party content
The site may link to third-party sources, products, or websites. Links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” vetverve disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that all content will remain current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vetverve and the people involved in operating the site will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the public site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the public site or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site and may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
