Private beta · independent veterinary clinics

Software that works around your clinic. Not the other way around.

Keep the workflows that work. Help us replace the handoffs that make your team re-enter, re-explain, or work around its software.

The first cohort is a fit for clinics with

  • Independent, appointment-led companion-animal practice
  • An owner or manager willing to champion the evaluation
  • Friction across scheduling, handoffs, intake, documentation, checkout, or operations
  • Willingness to test real workflows and report what breaks

Private beta request

Tell us who you are.

Step 1 of 2

A selective cohort

The beta starts with how your clinic actually works.

We are not asking clinics to reorganize themselves around an unfinished feature checklist. Each evaluation needs a real workflow, a clear boundary, and direct feedback.

  1. 01

    Start with one real workflow

We want to understand the handoff your clinic is trying to fix before discussing a workspace or timeline.

  2. 02

    Agree on the boundary

Current capabilities, provider setup, onboarding expectations, beta support, and commercial terms are confirmed before an invitation.

  3. 03

Learn from use, not a sales script

Selected clinics test agreed scenarios and tell us where the product interrupts the work, loses context, or needs another path.

Know what you are joining

A working beta with clear boundaries.

The waitlist is for guided beta cohorts—not a self-serve trial. Joining does not guarantee access, and beta functionality can change as clinics test it.

In the beta build

  • Staffed scheduling and Clinic View
  • Patient chart and SOAP documentation
  • Invoicing, receivables, inventory, and reporting
  • Separate staff and pet-owner workspaces

Available when connected

External email and SMS delivery, production payments, scheduled sends, and vision-assisted extraction require clinic or provider setup.

In development

Provider-backed client VoIP, online intake and e-signature, instant owner booking, lab integrations, and multi-location operations are not in the current beta scope.

Before you request access

Clear questions deserve clear answers.

Beta software changes. The meaning of the waitlist should not.

Who is the first private beta for?

We are currently prioritizing independent, appointment-led companion-animal practices with a clinic owner or manager who can champion an evaluation. That focus keeps the first cohorts supportable; it is not a permanent limit on the product.

Is this a self-serve trial?

No. The waitlist is a request to be considered for a guided beta cohort. Joining does not create an account, guarantee access, or reserve a specific launch date.

What is available to evaluate?

The beta build includes staffed scheduling, Clinic View, patient charts, SOAP documentation, estimates and invoicing, receivables, inventory, reporting, roles, and a separate pet-owner portal. We confirm the exact evaluation scope before onboarding.

What does “available when connected” mean?

Some workflows are built but rely on clinic or provider configuration. External SMS and email delivery, production payments, scheduled delivery, and vision-assisted extraction fall into this category. Provider-backed client VoIP is different: it is still in development.

Can vetverve import existing records?

Client and patient spreadsheet imports exist in the beta build. Broader migration scope, validation, timing, and responsibility must be evaluated clinic by clinic; the waitlist does not promise a complete migration service.

What will beta pricing be?

Pricing and any beta commercial terms are not published yet. Selected clinics will see the applicable terms before agreeing to participate, with no surprise conversion implied by this request.

What information should I submit?

Only clinic and contact information needed to evaluate fit. Do not submit client, patient, medical, payment, or other sensitive information through this form.

Start with the friction

Your clinic should not have to work around its software.
