Private beta · independent veterinary clinics

Help us test vetverve with your clinic team.

We are inviting independent companion-animal clinics to a guided private beta. Tell us which task wastes staff time; we will confirm fit, setup, and terms before offering access.

We are currently prioritizing clinics with

  • Independent, appointment-led companion-animal practice
  • A clinic owner or manager who can lead the evaluation
  • A specific problem in scheduling, intake, patient flow, documentation, checkout, or operations
  • Staff who can test the agreed clinic task and report problems

Step 1 of 2

A selective cohort

Each clinic tests one agreed clinic task first.

We map the steps, identify which beta features and outside services are needed, and set expectations before onboarding.

  1. 01

    Describe one problem

Show us the task that makes staff re-enter information, search for an update, or repeat work.

  2. 02

    Confirm what the beta supports

Before an invitation, we confirm the features, provider setup, onboarding work, support, and commercial terms involved.

  3. 03

    Test it with staff

Selected clinics run the agreed scenarios and tell us where the product fails, slows the team down, or needs a different approach.

Beta scope

Know what the beta includes before you apply.

This waitlist is for guided beta cohorts, not a self-serve trial. A request does not guarantee access, and features can change during testing.

In the beta build

  • Staffed scheduling and Clinic View
  • Patient chart and SOAP documentation
  • Invoicing, receivables, inventory, and reporting
  • Separate staff and pet-owner workspaces

Requires provider setup

External email and SMS delivery, production payments, scheduled message and report delivery, and vision-assisted extraction require clinic or provider setup.

In development

Built-in client calling and call recording, online intake and e-signature, instant owner booking, lab integrations, and multi-location operations are not in the current beta scope.

Before you apply

Who the beta is for and what your request means.

These answers explain who we are inviting, what can be tested, and what a waitlist request does—and does not—mean.

Who is the first private beta for?

We are currently prioritizing independent, appointment-led companion-animal practices with a clinic owner or manager who can champion an evaluation. That focus keeps the first cohorts supportable; it is not a permanent limit on the product.

Is this a self-serve trial?

No. The waitlist is a request to be considered for a guided beta cohort. Joining does not create an account, guarantee access, or reserve a specific launch date.

What is available to evaluate?

The beta build includes staffed scheduling, Clinic View, patient charts, SOAP documentation, estimates and invoicing, receivables, inventory, reporting, roles, and a separate pet-owner portal. We confirm the exact evaluation scope before onboarding.

What does “requires provider setup” mean?

The product workflow is built, but live use depends on an outside service and production credentials. External SMS and email delivery, payment processing, scheduled message and report delivery, and vision-assisted extraction are in this category. Built-in client calling and call recording are different: they are still in development.

Can vetverve import existing records?

Client and patient spreadsheet imports exist in the beta build. Broader migration scope, validation, timing, and responsibility must be evaluated clinic by clinic; the waitlist does not promise a complete migration service.

What will beta pricing be?

Pricing and beta commercial terms are not published yet. Selected clinics receive the applicable terms before agreeing to participate. Submitting this form does not start a paid subscription.

What information should I submit?

Only clinic and contact information needed to evaluate fit. Do not submit client, patient, medical, payment, or other sensitive information through this form.
