In the beta build
Working product surfaces available for guided evaluation.
Product status · private beta
This is a working view of veterinary product scope, not a launch schedule. Every capability has one of three clear states so your clinic can evaluate the beta without reading between the lines.

Capability ledger
“In the beta build” describes current software, not guaranteed production readiness. Connected services still require provider onboarding, and development items have no promised release date.

01
Bring client and patient information in without making the team retype it.
Create, search, edit, and import connected client and patient records with contact, ownership, and medical context.
Scan the PDF417 barcode on the back of a license to prefill a reviewable new-client record.
Barcode decoding runs on the device; the team reviews the extracted details before creating the client.
Use built-in paper templates or create clinic-specific forms that can be printed for established workflows.
Upload an existing paper intake form and turn it into a reviewable client-and-patient draft.
Extraction requires a configured vision provider. Nothing is saved until a staff member reviews and confirms it.
Use a photo of the front of a license to extract identifying details and a client portrait for review.
Field extraction requires a configured vision provider.
Send forms for clients to complete and sign before arrival, with reviewed data flowing into the clinic record.
02
Place the day, manage capacity, and make the next handoff visible.
Use day, week, month, and custom views with clinician columns, staffed hours, breaks, time off, and capacity context.
Handle recurring visits, clinician availability, services not offered, double-book policy, and explicit overrides.
Let owners request an available time from the portal and carry the request into the staff scheduling workflow.
Requests are confirmed by clinic staff; this is not instant self-booking.
Follow checked-in patients through examination, recovery, checkout, and pickup with dwell time and safety context.
Run scheduled reminder sequences and record owner confirmations in the appointment workflow.
Live email and text delivery requires configured providers.
Allow eligible appointments to be booked, canceled, or rescheduled by the owner without a staff confirmation step.
Coordinate inpatient treatments, recurring care tasks, handoffs, and patient status across a shift.
Schedule constrained clinic resources and support non-medical stays and services in the same operating view.
03
Keep patient context close while the care team documents and follows up.
Keep problems, allergies, medications, vaccinations, vitals, diagnostics, documents, and recent activity in context.
Use autosaved drafts, structured exams, clinic templates, copy-forward provenance, and signed locked records.
Dictate into the clinical workflow using supported browser speech recognition, then edit before signing.
Availability and recognition quality depend on the browser and device.
Print a SOAP template, upload photographed or scanned pages, and retain the original alongside the clinical record.
Convert a scanned page into editable subjective, objective, assessment, and plan fields for clinician review.
Transcription requires a configured vision provider and never signs or applies the note without clinician review.
Review due and overdue care, work a recall list, and keep the resulting outreach connected to the patient.
Bring medication references and weight-aware guidance into the prescribing workflow with clinical review controls.
Place orders and return structured results from external laboratories and diagnostic services.
Support DICOM imaging context, dental charting, microchip records, and commonly issued clinical certificates.
Assign follow-up callbacks and coordinate referred cases without separating the task from the patient story.
04
Carry context across messages, calls, reminders, and the owner portal.
Work with text, email, portal chat, internal notes, and call records beside client, patient, and appointment context.
The shared workspace is in the beta build; external delivery is covered separately below.
Send and receive owner text messages from the shared clinic inbox.
Live delivery requires a configured messaging provider and number.
Compose, send, schedule, and organize client email inside the shared inbox.
Live outbound delivery requires configured email transport. Inbound email ingestion is not part of the current beta.
Prepare templates and timed outreach for appointments, recalls, client follow-up, and clinic campaigns.
Sending depends on configured delivery providers and scheduled workers.
Log calls and model consent, recording eligibility, retention, and audited playback controls.
This foundation does not place client phone calls or capture live recordings yet.
Place and receive client calls in the clinic workspace, with consent-aware recording controls and conversation context.
The live carrier bridge, calling webhooks, and recording capture are not available in the beta build.
Give owners a distinct workspace for pets, wellness information, messages, appointment requests, invoices, and payments.
Manage channel-level consent, delivery events, unsubscribe handling, and owner preferences across automated and manual outreach.
Coordinate review requests, milestone journeys, offers, and loyalty without losing clinical or communication context.
05
Move completed work into a clear financial handoff and follow-through.
Carry selected services and products into a draft invoice and keep the financial handoff tied to the visit.
Track balances, payments, credits, adjustments, write-offs, statements, collections, and installment plans.
Take online, saved-card, pay-link, refund, and in-clinic terminal payments through the billing workflow.
The beta environment uses test-mode payment flows; live processing requires production onboarding and credentials.
Broaden payment choices and automate more of the follow-up around balances, deposits, and recurring obligations.
Package preventive care into clinic-defined plans with clear usage, recurring billing, and owner visibility.
06
Give clinic leaders a legible view of stock, controls, and performance.
Track stock on hand, lots, expirations, movements, reorder suggestions, receiving, and stocktake.
Build, approve, receive, and reconcile purchase orders while updating clinic stock.
Maintain a dedicated record of controlled inventory activity and the people responsible for it.
The recordkeeping workflow does not certify regulatory compliance; each clinic remains responsible for its applicable requirements.
Review date-scoped financial, appointment, patient, inventory, and staff reporting with print and export paths.
Prepare recurring report sends for the people responsible for clinic operations.
Delivery requires configured email transport and scheduled workers.
Control practice access by role and record covered sensitive operational actions in a practice-scoped audit history.
Bring shift time and day-to-day staff operations into the same practice workspace.
Coordinate shared teams, records, reporting, and location-specific operations across more than one clinic.
Connect purchasing to suppliers and use barcodes to make receiving and stock movement faster.
Give clinics controlled ways to connect external systems and move their operational data.
How the roadmap moves
We are recruiting independent clinics to test the complete work, including the awkward handoffs between intake, care, communication, checkout, and follow-up. That feedback determines what is hardened, connected, changed, or removed.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Private-beta participants are selected for workflow fit and willingness to test actively; product scope may change during the program.
