In the beta build

The beta includes a shared inbox, portal chat, internal notes, scheduled messages, attachments, and manual call logs. Live text and email need connected providers. Calls cannot be placed through vetverve today.

    Reply from the shared inbox

    Handle text, email, portal chat, internal notes, and manual call logs from one queue. The inbox shows when an external delivery service is not connected.

    Assign and finish the follow-up

    Assign the conversation, save drafts, update its status, and create the scheduling or patient-care follow-up it requires.

Which communication channels are in vetverve?

The shared workspace can organize SMS, email, portal chat, internal notes, attachments, and manual call logs. SMS and email delivery depends on the applicable provider; portal chat and internal notes stay in the app.

Which client and patient details appear beside a conversation?

The beta can show the client, their active pets, recent visits, and next appointment beside the conversation.

Can vetverve send automated appointment reminders?

Reminder sequences, templates, and confirmation tracking are built. Live sends require the applicable SMS or email provider plus an active scheduler and worker configuration.

Can staff place phone calls from vetverve?

Not in the current beta build. Staff can log a call placed on another phone, but vetverve does not currently dial through a carrier or record live calls.
