Privacy notice
How we handle information on the public vetverve website and through the private-beta request form.

Scope
This notice applies to the public pages at vetverve.com, including product information, guides, the roadmap, and the private-beta request form. In this notice, “vetverve,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the vetverve private-beta program.
This notice does not govern a veterinary clinic's own records, a clinic's relationship with its clients, or a separate authenticated vetverve product workspace. If you later join a beta cohort, the applicable onboarding documents will explain that product processing.
Information we handle
When you join the private-beta waitlist, you may provide:
- your first name, work email, and clinic name;
- your role, approximate veterinarian and location counts, and optional current software;
- the clinic task that costs your team the most time and when you would like to evaluate the beta; and
- your permission for us to contact you about beta participation.
The form also records the page where the request was made and, when present in the link you followed, limited campaign source, medium, and campaign labels. We use these values to understand how clinics found the beta; this site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referral information, and date and time.
How we use information
We use information from the marketing site to:
- receive, review, and respond to private-beta requests;
- evaluate whether a clinic may fit an upcoming cohort and plan beta capacity;
- communicate about the request when you have given contact permission;
- operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the public website and prevent spam or misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee beta access. We do not use beta requests to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on an individual.
When we disclose information
We use Netlify to host this static site and process the form. Netlify stores form submissions for us and provides tools to review and delete them. You can read Netlify's own privacy information at netlify.com/privacy.
We may also disclose information to service providers that help us operate communications, security, and business systems; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell or rent beta-request information, and this marketing site does not disclose it to third parties for their own targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We retain beta-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and communicate about beta participation, maintain program records, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We may keep a limited record of a request when necessary to honor an opt-out or resolve a dispute. You may ask us to delete your request as described below.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the information handled by this marketing site. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use the form only for the requested business contact and clinic-fit information.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw contact permission or ask to access, correct, or delete a beta request by emailing us. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.
To stop beta emails, use any unsubscribe instruction provided, reply to the message, or contact us directly. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
Children
This business website and beta program are intended for veterinary professionals and other adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the marketing site or beta intake changes. We will post the revised notice here and change the date above. If a change materially affects information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required.
