Veterinary billing that starts with the visit
Bring completed services and products into an estimate or invoice, then show staff what was paid, what changed, and what balance remains.
The beta includes estimates, appointment-linked invoices, accounts receivable, payment and adjustment records, statements, and payment plans. Taking real payments requires payment-provider onboarding and live configuration.

Practical answers
Questions clinic teams often ask
Can vetverve turn visit work into an invoice?
Yes. Staff can add selected services and products from the visit to a draft invoice, review the charges, and keep the invoice linked to that visit.
Which balances and account activity can the clinic track?
The beta build covers invoice states, remaining balances, payments, refunds, credits, adjustments, write-offs, statements, collections activity, and installment plans.
Can a clinic take live card payments today?
Private-beta evaluations use test mode. Live card processing is available only after the clinic completes payment-provider onboarding and the deployment has the required live credentials and webhook configuration; in-clinic readers must also be registered.
Is vetverve pricing published?
No. Before deciding whether to participate, a selected beta clinic receives written details about what it will evaluate, what support is included, and which commercial terms apply.
